Don't expect anything different from a circuit class. Crossfit is just a new term to describe your old fashioned circuit class. It is a great fat-burner that involves varied functional movements such as pulling, pushing, squatting, running and lifting, all executed at very high intensity.

The good thing about a circuit / cross fit class is that it targets all levels, from beginners to advance. The workouts will help improve your 
  • strength, 
  • endurance, 
  • stamina, 
  • power, 
  • speed, 
  • flexibility and 
  • coordination

If you can't get to a gym than try doing one of my circuit programs that I have posted on this blog. You can increase the intensity and strength by incorporating weights, steps, bands, increasing your speed. 

Try to get 45mins of a mixed workout, 4 to 5 times a week to achieve the optimal level of a Healthy and Balanced Lifestyle.
