MORNING KICK START

Many people get confused what to drink or eat first thing in the morning. Yes I know that many of you out there need your coffee fix, but first kick start your metabolism with a glass of warm water.


  • A glass of warm water
  • Half a lemon squeezed
  • Teaspoon of honey



Try having this first thing in the morning before your coffee.
