Train your mind to eat healthy and it will all fall into place. This doesn't mean that you have to ignore your chocolate cake or your favourite meal, but try and understand the balance in eating these types of food.
For example: If you know you are going to have a big girls night out, filled with good food and a lot of alcohol, then make sure you have light meals during the day and work it off the next day. That way you don't feel guilty for what you ate or drank and you have exercised the basic rule to achieving a healthy and balanced lifestyle:
